Thrive Peptides

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Thrive Peptides, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Site and any purchase made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or purchase from it. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements. Purchases are additionally governed by our Research Use Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Products are research chemicals

Every product sold on the Site is a research chemical intended for laboratory and in-vitro research use only, and is not intended for human or veterinary consumption, medical, cosmetic, or food use. Nothing on the Site is a medical claim or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our Research Use Agreement for the complete terms governing product use.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders, pricing, and availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable inventory, or a reasonable belief that an order does not meet the eligibility or research-use requirements described in our Research Use Agreement. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

5. Site content and intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, certificates of analysis, and design — is owned by or licensed to Thrive Peptides, LLC and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Site content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited conduct

Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or our Research Use Agreement.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems.
Interfering with or disrupting the Site's operation, including through automated scraping, bots, or attacks.
Providing false information, including regarding your age or intended use of a product, when placing an order.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked site.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS ARE SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR RESEARCH APPLICATION.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THRIVE PEPTIDES, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Peptides, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of a product in violation of our Research Use Agreement, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order or Site visit governs. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
