    Last updated Sep 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Thrive Peptides, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit or purchase from the Site. It is written to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”) and to give a clear, general account of our practices for visitors located outside California as well.

    1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site, by email, or by phone. It does not apply to information collected by third-party sites we may link to, which have their own privacy practices.

    2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

    • Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and account credentials.
    • Commercial information — products purchased, order history, and transaction details.
    • Payment information — processed directly by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
    • Internet activity — pages visited, referring pages, and general usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
    • Correspondence — messages you send us through contact forms, email, or account support requests.

    3. How we use information

    • To process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and to communicate with you about them.
    • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site, including troubleshooting and security.
    • To respond to inquiries, support requests, and research questions you submit to us.
    • To send account, order, and (with your consent, where required) marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link.
    • To comply with legal obligations, including tax, export, and recordkeeping requirements applicable to research chemical sales.
    • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

    4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We share information only as needed to run the business:

    • Payment processors, to complete transactions securely.
    • Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
    • Service providers who host, secure, or support the Site's infrastructure, email delivery, and analytics — under confidentiality obligations, and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
    • Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
    • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Where we use analytics or advertising cookies, some information may be considered “shared” under the CPRA's broader definition — see our Cookie Policy for the categories in use and how to opt out.

    5. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and, where enabled and with your consent, for analytics and marketing. Full detail on the categories we use, how long they last, and how to manage your preferences is in our Cookie Policy.

    6. Data retention

We retain order and transaction records for as long as needed to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and account information for as long as your account remains active plus a reasonable period afterward. We retain other personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.

    7. Your privacy rights

    California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to:

    • Know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you.
    • Delete personal information we have collected from you.
    • Correct inaccurate personal information.
    • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information; see Section 5 for sharing related to advertising cookies).
    • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.

    Visitors outside California

If you are located outside the United States, including in the EU or UK, we process personal information only as needed to fulfil a contract with you (such as an order), to comply with a legal obligation, or with your consent, and you may have additional rights of access, correction, deletion, or objection under your local law. Contact us and we will do our best to honor applicable requests.

    8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it promptly.

    9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
